I’m a firefighter/paramedic who has always gotten enjoyment from helping others. As a real estate agent for over 8 years and investor, I went into homes that weren’t ideal for listing on the MLS but had inherent value. Though these people didn’t know what to do to fix their home and couldn’t take the time to do it, I figured why not help those in real need with their home when it’s not really ready to list on the market? So began my journey into cash purchases and helping those in need, sell their house fast.
After seeing home sellers who didn’t want to do the extra work to sell their property for the real market price but wanted to close as quickly as possible, I knew they needed a new solution.
